I hope from nw 7.01 onwards, DAA will be installed by default from SAPinst, even if it is java or ABAP or ABAP+JAVA as well. This is basically Diagnostic agent used for monitoring. This DAA connects to Solman or any central monitoring system. it is like CCMS, but not CCMS.
Coming to other part TS1 (which is ABAP+JAVA). in a DUAL Stack system, it is normal that we will have 2 schema, one for ABAP and another one for JAVA. (ABAP would be SAPSR3 or SAP<SID> depending on version) and for JAVA it sould be SAPSR3DB or SAP<SID>DB). So dont worry about that. Its correct installaiton only.
Also you have some doubt about system copy. Could you be more clear on what is the issue you are getting or where you are struck. What is your DB size? if it is less than 1TB, then better to take an export of TS1 using sapinst and import in to other system.
And DAA will not have any schema.. and dont worry about it.
