I checked already but there is  no ssl provider navigation path through security-->ssl .

yes if you go through navigation path

Operations Management ->Infrastructure Management there you find ssl provider .

There i found stop and start service of SSL provider .

I need help on how to assign a default certificate in ssl provider through NWA  .
