Another thing that i can see that is you are trying to uncar jide12_0-10002804.sar which is for 32 bit windows.
Is the SAPCAR 32 bit or 64.
The one you are installing is SAP Netweaver'04 Developer Studio 2.0 SP 12, note 839630jide12_0-10002804.sar
But when i check service market place for NW 7.02 it shows to me this patch.
