Where is my custom ajax framework theme in EP 7.3? Trying to turn off TLN

Hi portal gurus,

We are trying to customize the standard ajax framework and created a theme referring to doc

How to Customize your Ajax Framework Page with SAP NetWeaver Portal 7.30 http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-16315

We are trying to hide the top level navigation (TLN) as described on page 9; however, we are unable to find our theme's ajax framework page to set the properties Ajax Top-Level Navigation Visitble (unchecked).  We can set this in the Standard portal users > Ajax Framework Page, but it affects all users.

Where should our custom theme properties be stored in the portal content management area?
